Here in Milan Studio, we keep things nice and simple. We offer only one package of wedding photography, with full coverage included and an unlimited number of photographs. Videography is an additional package if clients desire to have a cinematic footage of the best moments of their day. We want our clients to have a peace of mind, enjoying the celebration rather than worrying which details are going to be missed out by the photographers. From the morning preparation to the evening’s party, we’re right there with you through and through. We don’t limit ourselves to time constraints, and we’re not paid by the hour. We work to provide satisfaction and achieve our main goal – to capture memories that would last a lifetime.

This package includes the following:

MEETINGS

This covers the various meetings including initial consultation, getting to know each other, discussing your requirements, your wedding details and how we work to personalise and meet your requests. It also includes the subsequent meetings where we visit venues and discuss your wedding itinerary.

TWO (2) PHOTOGRAPHERS

You will have the benefit of having two cameramen, working collaboratively in two different angles and different lenses to achieve a comprehensive, dual perspective of your wedding day.

UNLIMITED COVERAGE

From the morning bridal and groom preparation up to the first dance and evening’s party, we make sure we achieve maximum coverage. Storytelling is vital to our style, so we don’t limit ourselves to mere time constraints, making sure we cover every single detail.

We also do not limit our clients with a number of photographs, giving them plenty of resource afterwards. We take as many photos as we can throughout the day. It can range from 500 to 1,000 photos, depending on the size of the wedding. But we make sure it’s quality that matters, not quantity.

ENHANCEMENT & HAND-RETOUCHING OF PHOTOS

It is vital that we enhance all your photos, with necessary tonal, sharpness, brightness and vibrance corrections using our very own colour-calibrated studio post-processing system. We will then select the finest photos of your day (most likely around 50-100 photos) and carefully hand-retouch them to our artistic standards. This final collection of photos, an array of full-colour and monochromatic tones such as black-and-white and sepia, will be pitch-perfect for your wedding album.

COPYRIGHT CONTROL

Unlike many photographers, we share our copyright to our clients. We are forward-thinkers. It’s your wedding day, and we are honoured to be part of it, so it’s only appropriate that you enjoy your photos as much as you can without limitations and use them in any way you want to.

DVD(S) OF HIGH-RESOLUTION PHOTOS

We will hand you a DVD or two, which contains all your photos in high-resolution. We will also include the final collection in resized, smaller formats, optimised for web use such as Facebook, email, etc.

ONLINE GALLERIES

We will upload the final collection into our very own gallery, housed at the official Milan Studio website and give you the gallery link for your guests, relatives and friends to view. We will also upload all your photos at Photobox, an external photo-printing company we’ve partnered with due to their affordable yet high-quality printing services they offer, for you to personally choose and order prints that you like best.

MEETINGS & CONCEPTUALISATION

At the initial stage, we meet up with you, talk about your wedding details and discuss about concepts of your wedding highlights short film. You may have personal ideas that you’d like to be filmed, special moments during the day, or perhaps a favourite film sequence that inspires you to be incorporated in your video. This also includes visiting venues, and carefully examining locations to prepare ourselves for the day.

ENTIRE DAY COVERAGE

We will be there filming your wedding day from beginning to end. From the morning preparations to the evening’s party, we’ll capture footage as much as we can and achieve maximum coverage. We don’t set ourselves time constraints to really capture all the best moments.

WEDDING HIGHLIGHTS SHORT FILM

We will produce a 5-10 minute length short film that captures the essence and story of your wedding day, in glorious high-definition format using state-of-the-art equipments, right from the preparation to the after-party, along with the couple’s chosen background theme music.

CINEMATIC LOOK

With our working background in filmmaking and post-production, your wedding film will be edited and colour-graded using our post-processing studio system to achieve a dynamic cinematic look.

WEDDING SHORT FILM DVD

We will present you a DVD solely dedicated to your Wedding Highlights Short Film in beautiful, super-sharp high-definition format that will play across all range of media players.

ONLINE PRESENTATION

We will upload your Wedding Highlights Short Film across various online platforms, including our very own Milan Studio website, Vimeo and Youtube, for you to view and share the links to your friends, family and guests, and even share on Facebook.
